Returns and exchanges

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

But I gladly accept returns:

Contact me within 5 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order. After 14 days after the delivery date I will not accept returns.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Used products or products out of their original packaging.
• Custom or personalised orders.
• Digital downloads.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
